Product Description
Audco Make Ball Valve .
Three-piece design
Standard seriesThis 3-piece Ball Valve is the most easily on-line maintainable in its class. By removing three body connector bolts and loosening the fourth, the body can be swung away using the fourth bolt as the fulcrum, to carry out any installation or maintenance operation on the valve, thus reducing downtime. This valve can be offered in a wide variety of body and seat combinations.Three-piece design. We also offer gas pipe fittings, industrial, pipe fittings, hose and fittings, hydraulic adapters, parker hydraulic hose, hydraulic hose fitting
Fire-safe seriesThis 3-piece fire-safe design Ball Valve features a secondary metal seat, which renders the valve fire-safe. When the seat is totally sublimated in a fire, the ball moves and rests against the lip, forming a metal to-metal seat, thus ensuring leak-tightness.Single-piece / Two-piece design
Fire-safe series (Class 150 & Class 300)These high performance full bore ball valves come in single-piece design (in sizes of 15-40mm) as well as in two-piece design (in sizes of 50-200mm). Advanced features such as fire safety, antistatic capability, cavity relief and blow-out proof stem are built into these valves. They are supplied with an integral actuator-mounting flange with drilled and tapped holes conforming to ISO 5211.

Versatile Material and End Connection OptionsThe Audco Make Ball Valve is available in a range of body materials, including stainless steel and cast steel, and is compatible with both flanged (ASME B16.5) and threaded/NPT (ASME B1.20.1) connections. This versatility enables installation across a wide range of industries and pipeline configurations, making it ideal for water, oil, gas, and chemical processing.
Exceptional Sealing and Safety FeaturesFeaturing PTFE, CFT, or RTFE seat materials and a bubble-tight, zero leakage design, this ball valve ensures reliable flow control. Advanced safety enhancements such as a blowout-proof stem, anti-static device, and optional fire-safe construction offer robust protection. Locking arrangements and leak-proof design further enhance operational safety.
FAQ's of Audco Make Ball Valve:
Q: How does the Audco Make Ball Valve ensure reliable shutoff and zero leakage?
A: The valve uses high-quality PTFE/Teflon seats and precision-machined stainless steel or carbon steel components, ensuring bubble-tight shutoff. Its robust sealing elements and shutoff structure are tested to API 598 standards, guaranteeing zero leakage during operation.
Q: What are the available end connection types for this ball valve, and where can they be used?
A: The Audco Make Ball Valve offers flanged (ASME B16.5), threaded/NPT (ASME B1.20.1), and socket weld connections. This flexibility allows for installation in industrial pipelines, water treatment, oil and gas, and chemical processing systems, adapting easily to various project requirements.
Q: When should I opt for a fire-safe or actuated version of this valve?
A: A fire-safe design is recommended when handling flammable media or where safety codes dictate stringent standards. Automated (pneumatic/electric) actuation should be considered when remote or frequent operation is needed, or to integrate the valve into a broader process control system.
Q: What is the process for installing and maintaining the Audco Ball Valve?
A: Installation involves connecting the valve to matching pipeline ends (flanged or threaded), securing with appropriate gaskets and fasteners, and checking for alignment. Routine maintenance includes periodic inspection for leaks or seat wear, lubrication of moving parts, and functional testing, ensuring reliable operation over time.
Q: How can the Audco Ball Valve benefit my industrial application?
A: The valve offers long-term durability, resistance to corrosion and harsh chemicals, and minimal maintenance, thanks to its advanced materials and design. Its zero-leakage, manual control, and optional automation provide reliability and operational flexibility across diverse fluid handling systems.
